About Elite Fitness

We are a 12,000 sq ft facility located in Shaw, Oldham.  Formerly known as Tara Sports & Leisure.

Based in Shaw centre we can be easily reached as we are within walking distance from bus stops and the Shaw & Crompton Metrolink stop.

​

The facility benefits from a 6,000 sq ft  gym floor and offers a complete range of Resistance machines, Cables, Free Weights area and Cardiovascular equipment including Treadmills, Stairmaster, Grappler, Tornado Air Bikes, Cross Trainers and Rowers.

The gym has been carefully laid out for ease of use with a team of qualified instructors on hand to ensure you exercise at a level that is appropriate and sensible for you.

Here at Elite Fitness we encourage our members to discuss their goals with our team to ensure they are on the right track to achieving the specific goals with the correct guidance.  We also have the benefit of Personal Trainers with a wealth of knowledge and experience.
