HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training): HIIT has many formats all of which are characterised by a period of intense exercise with a brief recovery. All HIIT classes combine both strength and cardiovascular training to get the heart pumping and endorphins flowing. HIIT classes are open to people of all abilities with exercises tailored for all.
