Our Aerobics class is perfect for beginners.. 

Margaret has been teaching Aerobics her for over 30 years.

The class is an easy to follow choreographed routine to music for a total body workout using light weights or bodyweight only is preferred. Prepare to sweat and have fun! 
This class will certainly get the heart pumping and burn calories.
