Circuits have many formats all of which are characterised
by following a variety of different exercises.
Jarrod's Weighted Circuit class is a specific class which
incorporates weight training movements to help tone and strengthen your muscles
with minimal cardio. However, don't be fooled, this class will still
raise your heart rate and release plenty of endorphins.
Suitable for all abilities. However, if you are new to
any class or fitness regime we advise informing the instructor.
