HIIT has many formats all of which are characterised by a period of intense exercise with a brief recovery. All HIIT classes combine both strength and cardiovascular training to get the heart pumping and endorphins flowing.

Many HIIT classes are mainly bodyweight only however, in weighted HIIT our instructor programmes the class with dumbbells to create the best possible workout for burning calories and toning at the same time. 

As HIIT is working to time, it is suitable for all fitness levels as each participant works to their best ability.
